CIVILIAN
DEPARTMENT
civilian
Welcome to the Civilian Department. The only one with endless possibilities and combinations of scenes, character personalities, vehicles, and much more.
We are the bones of the community. We are the ones who keep it thriving and alive. Without us, boredom will soon follow.
Although the civilian department doesn't require any form of training or certification, we only welcome the finest of players, as the department offers flexibility but is met with strictness and discipline.
When joining us you can expand and grow within the department.
You can create your own business, maybe a car dealership, or an airliner, cruise ship, host huge events, and yes. You can even be a pizza delivery driver.
All formalities aside, WELCOME TO B.R.C.C.H.Q
highways
england
Highways England is a Government Private Contractor who is charged with operating, maintaining, and improving England's motorways and major A roads.
Formerly the Highways Agency, we became a government company in April 2015. We do not manage all roads in Britain: local roads are managed by the relevant local authority.
The primary job of a Highways England traffic officer is to patrol the UK's motorways and help keep traffic flowing smoothly. Traffic officers help the process of managing incidents on motorways by:
-
Coordinating the resources of the emergency services
-
Managing traffic to reduce incident-related congestion
-
Keeping the Motorways Safe for Britain.
In GTA terms, this an RP job set up by one of our trusted Civilians, In GTA they assist the Metropolitan Police on Major Road Closure and Cooidnating with Civilians on Managing Rerouting Traffic.

When you join HMCG, you will be apart of the Air Rescue Crew, flying over Mount Chiliad in search of a missing hiker, or over the Pacific Ocean in search of a man-over-board from a yacht Or be part of the Land Rescue Team, scouring the ground searching for that missing hiker, providing first aid, and getting them to a waiting ambulance.
You could also join the Royal National Lifeboat Institute. Being deployed by HMCG, at a moments notice members of the RNLI are required to put their lives on the line and work with the Air Rescue Crews to search and rescue someone lost at sea The opportunities are endless!
